Review, analyze, and&nbsp;modify the ERP system from time to time including coding, configuration, testing, and debugging to support Darwish&nbsp;Holding\u2019s business requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Deep knowledge and understanding of Accounting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expert knowledge in Oracle AP, AR, CM, FA, GL, expenses, Property Manager, and hands-on experience with daily bank&nbsp;remittance reconciliations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Good Analytical and debugging skills on complex sub-ledger Accountings setups;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perform periodic reconciliation activity and Debug accounting misclassifications entries from Inventory; Cost management, Order management sub-ledgers, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In addition, the consultant should be fully aware of reviewing trial balances, Accuracy on P&amp;L reports, debugging customer hold\/SOA, extraction of GL dumbs and periodic validation of accounting entries from retail POS system,&nbsp;other enhancements pertaining to IFRS accounting practices, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in Property management, lease management, and debugging if there are any issues.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in Retail systems and daily reconciliation of POS transactions, E-commerce sales and implementing&nbsp;automated reports, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deep understanding of OBIEE implementation and responding to customer queries and concerns promptly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of the implementation of VAT will be an added advantage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revise functional requirements with business units, periodically as required, and develop the technical specification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Analyze user specifications and requirements for ERP modules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Design, develop, record, and test all new code enhancements to existing ERP.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordinate with end users for user acceptance and user sign-off before deployment of changes to the Production&nbsp;environment.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Conduct software integration and external interface development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide support\/resolution to user queries on defects\/issues raised through the helpdesk.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manage external consultants (if required) on a project-by-project basis or technical assignments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Liaise with the Oracle support team, as required, to resolve product defects\/issues\/updates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide ERP program technical documentation verification and installation testing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Revise and update project documentation as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in computer science or related&nbsp;discipline<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ITIL certifications will be an added advantage<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Oracle certifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of financial terms and accounting&nbsp;procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 5 years of relevant experience<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Minimum 3 years in ERP system programming<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exposure to Oracle EBS preferred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to innovate and think out of the box<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deep understanding and knowledge of ERP systems like Oracle, and SAP, software applications like Microsoft internet&nbsp;information services (IIS), Apache, and other web servers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fully conversant and up-to-date with current trends, developments, and global best practices in IT software and&nbsp;ERP&nbsp;technologies and architectures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent knowledge of overall project management methodologies &amp; processes for execution and implementation of&nbsp;ERP and other software applications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong attention to detail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Purpose: To develop, manage, and maintain the organization\u2019s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
